Our pricing is based on a typical project management package of services for those who want help to Buy & Move (Silver package), Sell, Buy & Move (Gold package) or Sell, Buy, Move & Settle In (Platinum).​

​​Pricing reflects an hourly rate of £65 per hour plus VAT when applicable. ​Resources are priced on your personal requirements. ​A workplanner is created to match your circumstances and priced accordingly​.​

  • Agree specification for new home

  • Daily property searches

  • Research new home sales and give feedback on pricing

  • Right sizing of furniture and belongings to new home

  • Valuations of items to be sold

  • Representation with professionals and companies engaged

  • Agree what comes to new home, is rehomed, sold, or donated

  • Arrange and attend 6 viewings

  • Document viewings and feedback

  • Oversight of packing of all goods and removal to new home

  • Co-ordination of all schedules on moving day
