"Do I have to decide where I’m moving to before I contact you?"
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us at the very beginning, when they know they want to move but aren’t sure where. We help with all of that.
"What if I’m not ready to part with everything yet?"
That is completely normal and we never rush you. We work at your pace. Sometimes the process of sorting itself helps clarify what you’d like to keep.
"Can my family be involved?"
Absolutely. Many families use Marigold Moves as a gift to their mother, family member or loved one. We welcome family involvement at whatever level the client would like.

"What about valuable items I’m not sure what to do with?"
We can advise on valuation and options – auction, specialist dealers, or family. We work with trusted valuers and auction partners.
"How much notice do you need?"
It depends on the level of support and how quickly your move proceeds. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible – even if a move is 6–12 months away.
"Do you work across the UK?"
We currently focus on South East England, though we are expanding. Please get in touch and we will let you know whether we can help in your area.
